At ESSOR, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing items
please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@essorclothing.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
If approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Size Issues
Please check our sizing guides before ordering.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size unless we made an error.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please first contact your local courier.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
